讨厌动物的任春佳 (郑丹瑞饰)，在山中遇到意外，幸得流浪狗烧腩、动物义工邓悦娜 (卢慧敏饰)发现而脱险。烧腩的灵性，渐渐打开这个顽固老人的心扉，春佳和悦娜更因此成为忘年好友。在悦娜的帮助下，春佳逐渐解开和女儿素仪 (廖子妤饰)积压多年的心结。与此同时，怀着恶意的狂徒，正计划下药毒杀村中一带的流浪狗‥‥‥。Alvey and Lisa are struggling to keep their gym, Navy Street, afloat. Their best hope is Alvey's son Nate, an up and coming fighter. Jay, Alvey's other son, is on the outs with his father. When Lisa's ex and former MMA champ, Ryan, shows up, complications arise.
