ゴールデン街、荒木町、早稲田、新大久保、新宿二丁目、三丁目―。 これらの街を管轄区域とした新宿東署では、日々多くの事件が起こり、刑事が認知していても動けない“手付かず案件”となっている事件が多くある。そんな新宿東署に、一人の車椅子の刑事が配属された。彼の名は、鬼塚一路（北大路欣也）。定年間際の最後の事件で、犯人に刺されて両足の機能を失い車椅子生活となった彼は、１年後、新宿東署刑事課の司法係長に再任用された。鬼塚は、新米時代と定年間際の二度、この新宿東署に配属されている。これにより彼は「昭和」と「平成」ふたつの時代を通して新宿の街の詳細な記憶を持ち、事件を推理する際、「記憶の街」として脳内に描き出すことができる。 “手付かず案件”により困っている人がいることを知った鬼塚は気になる事件を調べるようになる・・・そんな中、刑事志望の遠山咲（上白石萌音）とキャ...。In this notorious Nazi propaganda historical costume melodrama, a conniving, ambitious Jewish businessman, Suess Oppenheimer, snares a post as treasurer to the Duke of Wurttemburg by showering the corrupt duke with treasure and promises of even greater riches. As the Jew's schemes grow more elaborate and his actions more brazen, the dukedom nearly erupts into civil war. Persuaded by the Jew, the Duke all but scuttles the constitution and alienates the assembly by lifting the local ban on Jews in Stuttgart. In a final outrage, the Jew rapes a wholesome German girl and tortures her father and fiancee.
